Terms & Conditions
- You do not need to be a Fincamex client to participate.
- Referrals must be registered before visiting any sales office or model home.
- The referred buyer must not be previously registered in our system or an existing client.
- If already in our system, eligibility will depend on no active follow-up within the previous 30 days.
- In case of duplicate referrals, the first registered submission will be considered valid.
- Self-referrals are not allowed. Rewards are issued through a digital prepaid card (UP Sí Vale equivalent).
- Delivery will be made within 45 business days after the referred buyer completes closing.
Not Eligible For
- Real estate brokers or commercial partners
- Buyers purchasing through a broker or corporate partnership program
