¿Cuándo pierdo mi garantía?
La garantía de la vivienda podría quedar sin efecto al presentarse alguna de las siguientes situaciones
Realizar modificaciones, ampliaciones, obras de adaptación, remodelación o de ornato que afecten la estructura del inmueble
Uso diferente al de casa-habitación
Falta de mantenimiento en el inmueble y/o sus instalaciones
¿Qué es una fisura por asentamiento
Pequeñas y delgadas líneas que pueden aparecer en muros y son normales durante el primer año después de construida la vivienda.
En este tipo de fisura no aplica la garantía.
¿Qué es una fisura por temperatura
Aparecen por expansión y construcción de los materiales como respuesta a los cambios bruscos en las temperaturas. Es importante señalar que estas eventualidades NO AFECTAN la parte integral de la estructura del concreto, ni de tu casa.
En este tipo de fisura no aplica la garantía.
